Bethia Penglase is a Doctor of Philosophy graduate from University of Newcastle. Having brought up her four children: Andrea, Charles, Marina & Garth Intensely committed to seeing higher literacy standards in Australia Dr Penglase has been working for many years educating the illiterate and believes that education is for everyone. Now retired, she is actively involved in furthering the interest and aspirations of the Celtic nations through the CeltCity web site. |
